I was born and raised in China, my Chinese name is Qianmian Xu. In 2016, I relocated to New Zealand with my husband and have resided in North Shore ever since. I completed my Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education at New Zealand Tertiary College in January 2019. By February 2021, I had achieved full registration as an ECE teacher.

In 2021, I was thrilled to become part of the Little Steps team. My interest in the Montessori teaching philosophy has flourished, and I completed the AMI Montessori 3–6 Orientation course in May 2022.

I believe that every child has unique potential. I value the importance of exploration and aim to support children in becoming independent and competent learners. I look forward to meeting you and your family.
